When are the boxes shipped?−
Every 8 weeks, on the first Tuesday of the cycle.
Can I skip a shipment?+
Yes. Email us at contact@brasserie-lafondation.com before the end of the cycle and we'll push your shipment back, free of charge.
How does payment work?+
You're charged the price of one box at each shipment (€47, €45 or €43 depending on the plan), one every 2 months. Your commitment covers the number of boxes in your plan (2, 4 or 6), which is what earns the lower per-can price. A failed charge simply pauses that box: we ship it as soon as payment goes through.
What happens at the end of my commitment?+
It simply ends. Once the last box of your commitment arrives, there's no re-charge and no automatic renewal. Sign up again whenever you like.
How does taproom pickup work?+
You get an email when your box is ready. Pickup is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Do you deliver outside France?+
No, we only deliver within France.
