We brew in Geispolsheim, in Alsace. Our name says what we're after: laying solid foundations, to last.
Matthieu left us suddenly in August 2024. His jovial spirit, his energy and his creativity marked the brewery forever. A pillar of the project from the very start, he contributed strongly to the vision of La Fondation, bringing his ideas and his commercial instinct. Even though he's no longer with us, Matthieu will always be part of our team and our story.
